These are things you can expect from me, your new favorite third wheel.
I’m passionate about photographing those candid moments, so I'll give you prompts (instead of stiff, awkward poses) to evoke genuine emotions! I also play music at my sessions to help my couples relax and feel more comfortable on camera :) Have a favorite Spotify playlist? Send it my way! I also send out questionnaires for every session/wedding to get to know you more + make sure I give you and your partner prompts/poses to best suit you.

Process
i. INQUIRE & BOOK WITH ME
Fill out my inquiry form on my contact page to learn more about my services + full packages. I'll be in touch within 72 hours. We'll schedule a call to discuss all the details about your wedding and which package will work best for you. Once you've signed the contract and paid the 50% non-refundable retainer, it's time to pop some champagne because you are officially booked!
iiI. The big day
It's finally here! The day you've dreamt of for as long as you can remember! It's time to marry the love of your life and dance all night with your favorite people! I'll arrive a little early to scope out the best spots to take photos at your venue and get all my gear set up so we're ready to go and can stick to the timeline as much as possible! Remember to enjoy everything this day brings you because it truly flies by, but not to worry, I'll be there to capture the big & small moments + everything in between.
ii. PLANNING
If your package includes an engagement session, then we'll start planning that. I'll send you location recommendations and a wardrobe guide to help you decide on the perfect outfits for your shoot! Whether you decide to hire a coordinator or not, I'll help you plan your timeline to ensure we have enough time for all the photos! About 2 months before your wedding, I'll send you a timeline questionnaire, and then we'll hop on a call to finalize everything before your big day!
iiii. gallery delivery day
Gallery delivery days are the best days because you get to relive the best day of your life over and over again every time you look at your photos! Within 8-10 weeks after your wedding, I'll deliver your full gallery, but I'll send you sneak peeks within a week so you can start sharing with friends & family! For engagement sessions, your full gallery is delivered within 3 weeks. I use an online platform called Pic-Time, where you will have easy access to your entire gallery and can share it with your loved ones! You'll be able to download the photos & purchase prints through there too.

What is the booking process?

Head on over to my contact page, kindly fill out the form, and I'll be in touch within 72 hours. To book, I require a signed contract + 50% non-refundable retainer. The remaining 50% is due 1 month before your wedding. For sessions, the remaining 50% is due 1 week before.

DO YOU PROVIDE RAW PHOTOS?

No, I do not release any RAW/unedited photos. I only deliver my finished work, which are high-resolution edited images. Part of my style as a photographer is the way I edit, so if you like my editing style, then I'm the gal for you!

DO YOU WORK OFF OF A SHOT LIST?

Nope! I’ll have your timeline, of course + a family names list (which I’ll have you create before the wedding). I do not work off a shot list or a Pinterest board because my approach is to capture your day authentically + candidly. I like to be in the moment + photograph your day as it happens. Having a list would constrain me to only capture those certain things on the list.

WHAT IF WE GET NERVOUS IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA?

I will give you different prompts (instead of stiff, awkward poses) that will allow you to feel confident, comfortable, and most importantly natural, by evoking genuine emotions to capture in your photos! I never ever expect anyone to know how to pose! I also like to play music at my sessions to help people feel more relaxed. If you have a favorite Spotify playlist, send it my way!

HOW DO YOU BACK UP OUR PHOTOS?

I back up all my photos onto a portable SSD, (which is super reliable since there's no moving parts) + 2 hard drives + Dropbox–a cloud based storage service. Additionally, I shoot on 2 memory cards per camera during every session+wedding. I recommend going with my wedding package that includes a second shooter, because that is another form of back-up. But try not to worry–I have plenty of ways of backing up your photos :)

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU DELIIVER?

I typically deliver 50-100 edited photos per hour, so for an 8 hour wedding, you can expect anywhere from 400-800 images. Examples of photos I don't send are duplicates, blurry shots, or if someone's blinking. Don’t worry, you’ll get all of the good ones :))

8-10 weeks for weddings; 3 weeks for sessions. I’ll send you a handful of sneak peeks within 1 week.

Trust is super important to me as a photographer. I want you to be able to trust my process + feel relaxed on your special day knowing that I’m here for you! In order for us to get to know each other before your wedding day and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera, I highly recommend booking an engagement session. My 8 hour packages include a complimentary engagement session.
